Ah... so I think they are just speaking to Vermont about this.

If  your EAD and extension both expired and if you are an essential worker, as your manager to write a letter saying they need you to work ASAP, they may expedite it. I am referring to previous threads here where an EAD would be long time pending but people could get an expedited response given the right circumstances

I am in the same situation. I got the same letter from USCIS when I have contacted to our senator office.
And I also sent them expedition request 6 weeks ago. And they never answer back.😭😭😭

Update: after having my I360 approved Jan 31st, 2020 I received a courtesy letter today from NBC about my medicals. Is it naive to hope that RFE and I485 approval will be next? A girl can dream...

Hello friends. Today I received an RFE notice on my email for my I-360. I pray its nothing that I cannot find. My case been pending since October 2018

Hello friends: I finally received my RFE in hand. Its basically asking for more proof of Extreme Cruelty and my lawyer mentioned that my psychologist's report is weak and recommended to seek a more experience one. Anyone was in a similar situation? What did you do and how did it go?

Hi..are you still attending therapy? If yes you could get a more detailed evaluation. Statements from witnesses count as well..do you have any medical or police report that shows evidence of the abuse you suffered? If this is all they're asking for then it's cool..get on with it..you can also add your own affidavit recounting in detail the abuse you endured. Take all the valuable advice you can get here!👍

Hi all, I received an RFE for my I-360 application January 2020 and I sent the reply to the RFE in February 2020. The status for my I-360 RFE changed to "Response for RFE received on March 9th, 2020".  On April 10th, I sent a renewal of my EAD + AP. Today when I check the status of all my receipts (I-360, I-485 & I-765), they have all changed to "Correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it". Prior to this new update, I-485 always showed my initial receipt date. Could someone please explain what is going on? Thank you

"Correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it".

Others might comment more specifically, but the "and USCIS is reviewing it" sounds more promising and active than just "received" with a date.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

You pretty much said it all..you sent in RFE response, and USCIS in turn says they have received it and are looking (reviewing) at it..in other words! So yeah it's progress.😊👍

Hi Nra

I filed at the end of Feb. My receipt notice was 03/17/2020, but wasn't mailed until 03/31/20.

I received my EAD (C09) in 01/2020 from my initial I130, I485 application. Initial interview was scheduled for 01/17/2020, but was postponed, as we hadn't filed I360. Am hoping that, I will have my PF by the time my interview has been rescheduled, and can hopefully keep i485 in NY local office, and pending throughout the duration of my i360 application.

Thank you @CDIRL.

i guess it’ll be at least a month then from now to receive my receipt notice. I hope things go smooth for you. Hope it works out for all of us 😊

Hi @hopingwgrace,

I agree with everyone here recommending you to submit another counselling report and affidavits.

what had you already submitted to prove the abuse?
