CR-5 Parents of US citizen, Sep 2019

Hi all,

 

I filed I-130 for both of my parents early September 2019. If you have similar timeline, please join the group. It's Texas Service Center and they are currently working on early August 2019 cases, hopefully my parents' will be processed next month.

Thanks for starting this thread! Priority date for my mother in law is Sept 3 and we’re also at Texas service center. It would be awesome if we hear something in April.

I filed I-130 for both my parents today online. Is there any other form I need to fill at this point, as such I-864 sponsor form?

Nothing, you will have to wait until they approve your parent's I-130s then USCIS will contact you for I-864

Congratulations, I am also waiting but the waiting time has increased by a month.  They were at July 7th and now are at June 17th.  Since your PD is September 3rd, what does that mean about the processing time table?

Wow, that's awesome! I think they're scrambling to get things done before everything shuts down. I read that the State Dept is now closing all embassies and consulates around the world except for emergency situations, so I expect a delay in NVC processing step.
