The form in the bottom is the one from the MP. Can u please show the ones rejected on your behalf?

If your husband already filled out the application online you can call the MP to make sure they have it and if it is ready.

I am doing the whole NVC process through CEAC so I'm uploading everything online. I'd you're sending physical copies to NVC I think you're suppose to only send copies.

You order the document online, on the ministerio publico website. Then the beneficiary has to pick it up. Since my husband (beneficiary) is here in the US, he sent a signed letter  to give his brother permission to pick it up. Only thing is the office is closed right now because of everything going on. My brother in law went today and they are closed untill further notice.
