N400 March 2020 Filers

There are a couple of naturalization interviews that I am aware of, myself (march 2020) and another resident in the Cleveland OH office (I believe a June 2020 filer ), scheduled for late September / Early October. CLE has been one of the fastest office in the country so I would not despair if other offices are being slower.

 Yes true but do you have any idea if those couple interviews for march filers all have I-751 pending because I’m thinking that they might be prioritizing those otherwise people would have to go for a stamp. 
as regarding Cleveland I wouldn’t even compare anything to this office. Super efficient and doing their job perfectly.

I did ROC in 2019,  approved without interview, and the biometrics are being reused for N400. I believe the other person mentioned they had biometric reused from long time ago so probably they also already went through ROC in the past.
Here is the Cleveland thread, it might be worth to follow since it moves quickly. I believe there is 3 of us with scheduled interview, on 9/21, 9/23 and 10/1.

Great it would be helpful to know if these 3 applicants have pending ROCs with their N-400 that way we understand why some people get faster interviews even in the same field office.

Well just checked my estimated completion date on the USCIS website and it is still saying September this year.  I have not had anything since I submitted, so either it is going to be a busy month, or the estimated completion date will have to shift.  I know which one I would put my money on...

Yeah mine still says September as the estimated completion month, with no movement whatsoever

Mine used to say July, then August 2020 and now it disappeared

Just dropping by to vent. Filed in March like all of you, and still nothing. Not a single word except that the case was received. No biometrics reuse letter, no estimated case completion date in the online account, NOTHING. And I'm seeing that some May filers are getting interviews. Baltimore field office here.

Sent off an email case inquiry about a week ago and finally got a response the other day from our local office in OKC saying that "Your case is currently in queue for availability of biometric appointment opening slots"....sooo more hurry up and wait but at least I know they haven't lost our case.

Thank you for sharing, I was thinking of doing the same thing but I am also thinking that they’re probably going to give the same response.

Same here.. Norfolk, VA ASC.. I was supposed to get my biometrics done 3/30/2020. Office closed 3/25/2020. Called USCIS contact center, they said it will automatically get rescheduled once the ASC reopens, no need to request.

ASC did not reopen until 7/29/2020, I emailed USCIS via online access, received standard message that my appointment will be rescheduled. Still no updates as of today. So I called USCIS contact center this afternoon and they said I need to request for rescheduling by mail using the notice and a letter of explanation stating reason as COVID19 office closings.. mailing off my docs tomorrow and guess will have to wait some more. Not very happy I was given the wrong info and that if I didn't call, I would still be waiting for nothing..

This is really strange I’ve never heard of that before . Sending a request should be only if you were the one that didn’t show up to your appointment. Good luck
