N400 March 2020 Filers

Hey Guys..

 Long time ago when i had done this for my spouse.. We had used the below format for everyone to put their information.. It was easy to follow and we would know at any given instance how every bodies application was progressing. I would recommend that we copy/paste and update with you information when you post on this thread..

 

 Every month filers were using this for their own month and posting it on their month posts.. Not sure when and why this stopped.. It was very helpful when it was there..

 

 Folks who have filed before me (03/05) post your information before me and those after post it after.. this way it will be sorted by when it was filed..

Ok.. something happened to my post and it took my dates out from the post.. Guess that is why it was taken out and not used any more..

 

Either way, i tried.. sucks that it does not work any more.. was very helpful when it worked..

So my status changed from We received your application to We scheduled your biometrics appointment.  I submitted my application in March 2, 2020. Awaiting for the actual biometrics appt. letter. It is also not yet available on my uscis document tab. Hoping to receive it next week  Jacksonville FL, here!

I have created a spreadsheet on google docs so we can all share our N400 timelines. I copied a format used by the N400 Februrary Filers.

Is online filing better/ faster than paper? I will file next week based on 3 years of marriage. If anybody could share their documents checklist that would be awesome!! Thank you!

For some reason I am unable to write anything on it. It freeze  This is a good idea though!

I filed online on March 3, 2020. The case status now shows that my biometrics appointment has been scheduled.

I don't know if filing online is faster than paper; I found the online process to be very convenient, easy and straightforward. I filed on the basis of three years of marriage. Here is my checklist:

• Front and back copy of my ten-year permanent resident card
• Copy of our marriage certificate 
• Copies of our joint apartment leases 
• Copies of our  joint tax return transcripts (2016, 2017 and 2018)
• Copy of our child's birth certificate
• Copies of our joint quarterly bank statements (I did the same with my approved ROC petition)
• Copy of my husband's naturalization certificate 
• Copy of my husband's divorce decree

Additional evidence:

• Copy of our driver’s licenses to show joint residency
• Copies of our joint car insurance and our joint car title
• Copies of our joint medical and dental insurance cards

I filed online few days ago and it was so convenient for me. I uploaded the following docs online:

 

-Greencard(front and back)

-Marriage certificate

-Spouse US citizen birth certificate

-Tax transcripts for last 3 years that I downloaded from IRS.com

-copy of my lease agreement for the last 3 years

-Joint bank statements from last 3 years

-Joint health insurance proof

 

I used a high quality scanner at Fedex office, some files were JPEG and Some PDF

 

Good luck!

Hi all.  I made this document for the Feb filers.  It has some calculations and formatting in place to help track the process.

 

I think someone took it and edited it which is totally fine but it misses a bunch of the columns and formulas that I had put in.  Please feel free for someone in your group to make a copy of this file and for all you filers to enter in the information.  

 

Please be careful when editing the data and someone who knows google sheets should help maintain cleaning up the data.

Hi everyone!

My husband and I are getting ready to apply for his citizenship. He entered the US with a 10 year GC. We've been married for 6 years. What did you send as evidence? Do we need to submit the IRS transcripts now or wait for the interview? We've been debating over this particular issue.
