Simple, did you travel outside the U.S in the past five years since you become a GC holder? The key is ..what you did since you've become a GCholder and because it is marriage base, it should be the last three years.  Hope it helps.

I'd still put 5 years history if the question says so, even for a marriage based case. You can simply state you have been outside before 3 years started, if that is the case. I understand that the intention of the question might actually be 3 years but it feels safer to answer the exact question as we actually just guessing. What if they actually need the 5 years? It would cause a delay in that case.  (unless it clearly put the condition of "after become a GC holder").

Hi everyone. I just saw that Aplication Support Center have an opening date set. Hoping this mean we'll be moving to biometrics appoint soon.

They haven't opened biometrics offices yet. A few open on July 13, but most of them open on July 20 or July 27. Many who had their original appointment cancelled can probably look forward to getting their new appointments within a month or so. The rest of us (I'm a May filer) will likely have to wait a few more months.

Hi everyone!

I filed my N-400 online in middle of March, with the 3-year marriage to US-citizen condition.

I received a notification of receipt and that's it, nothing else. Is this normal? Worried that so much time has passed.

Same for me. Nothing since March. Not surprising since federal offices has been closed to public. ASC are supposed to reopen this month.

If you care, there is a thread here that can be helpful to those in the same situation.

Good day everyone.

 

So Tuesday I called USCIS to let them know I was about to go away for 7 weeks on a small deployment so they decided to expedite my interview and I got a email today saying that I have a interview date July 21 @830,by the way  I filled my N-400 through active duty military serves, but on the list of things I need to bring to the interview is my jamaican passport but it’s no where to be found!, I was wondering if that’s going to be a problem? or I can go to the police station to get a police report saying that I lost it?

My ASC has been open since 07.13 and still no new schedule for my previously cancelled biometrics appointment.

I do believe USAjune2016 is referring to the actual case processing times https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ as these have been updated/changed and NOT the estimated case completion time you see on your personal uscis account home page. These are different and probably updated by different people in USCIS so you know they will never be accurate with one another. 😉
