Now I'm thinking this is what happened to my medical exam. I have not been told anything since my interview (which was completed in April last year) until recently (I got a RFE last week for it).

I hope they all find your medical exams. Good luck everyone. 🙏

Oh geeeezzeee! This is the scenario I'm afraid of. The not knowing + no movement at all. Sorry youre dealing with this. So was the RFE for a new medical? 🙁

Yes. The exact statement is: "The record shows you have not submitted a copy of your oversea Medical exam and vaccination record".

I'm waiting to get a callback from USCIS, and I'm gonna try to book an InfoPass appointment since I've been suggested to do that by other members on the forums. I was ready to just see a civil surgeon for the medical exam for the I-693. While I think we can pay for the new exam (assuming it's like $200-300), I'd rather not have to go through it again and pay for it, especially since the K1 medical exam was like 480 CAD.

Its unreal they saw you and dragged u on for almost a year to give you RFE...

Should hv at least requested you to redo health exam after 3 months longest already.

My entry envelope was missing for 4 years and 5 months, but they did find it eventually. If people need a reason to include the DS-3025 this one. I went through the AOS with only that form (Apparently).

WTH. So you waited for 4yrs and 5months for the GC (if they give you it should be permanent GC already?)? Or you just went straight for naturalization?

Nope, I got the AOS done without the envelope. It finally showed up the week of my n400 interview. My ROC however was not approved until it showed up.

Welcome to the club! Did anything change online after your interview?

Like the Author of this thread, they changed to Review Complated but must Review. I see most missing cases in MN.

Looks like I'm not alone... had my aos interview last week, and officer said no issue on the relationship side and he would approve but he hadn't yet recieved my full file, basically all the k1 applications stuff we sent,  I'm not sure about the medical but my online case is still showing as interview was scheduled. I'm losing my wits not knowing what's going on.

Same here! Had my interview Feb. 19, was recommended for approval but officer said she has to look for my medical packet and if she can’t find it, will send RFE and expect to receive it in the mail after two weeks. Until now online case status still says interview was scheduled. No RFE or anything in the mail. Sent online request “did not receive notice by mail” but got a response today that my case is still pending and that I should be getting a response from USCIS within 120 days from receipt of the email. I mean why schedule me for interview when you don’t have my medical packet in the first place??? I can’t understand USCIS!!! 😡😡😡 Soooo unfair!!!

Sorry to hear:( I totally agree, and like how are they losing so many files🤔 So even after the 120 days there's no guarantee of them having the packet either.  It's such an anticlimax after coming so far in the process but I guess we gotta stay positive🤪
