I have looked through a few of the threads but not all, and had a question on how one would file US taxes while in the US on a work visa is that even possible? Can someone from their country help them file for a US tax return or no? I just looking for information. Am I able to file for them being a US citizen?

They are no longer in the US and have since moved back to their country of Jamaica. I’m trying to find the easiest way to help but I’m not sure if I’m able to to be perfectly honest

I'm also a resident for tax purposes. Is this their first time filing? My first year I did everything on turbotax but had to mail in evidence. This year, my second year, I was able to file online using turbotax.

Note: it is possible that the first time around I had to mail in evidence not because it was the first time, but because I did not yet have my state driver's license.
