Hi everybody . Is there anyone who has already applied for F2A category ,or has information about the new processing time of this category? Since this category is CURRENT from the time when applicants file, I have no idea that what will be difference/processing time in comparison to what it used to be before July 2019. Thank you in advance to share your ideas.

Latest times here https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

if you look at the detailed results table (after you select i130 in the drop down) you can see for California
service center,  it is 8.5-11 months.

Thank u susie. This chart indicates processing time at uscis. How long does it take to proceed to interview email normally after uscis approval?

it depends, they will take 30 to 45 days to issue a case#, 1 weeks to receive IV and AOS fees, around 2 months to review paperwork you have to submit to them and the appointment date depends on the embassy. But remember every case is different. Good Luck!

Also, if Iran is the applicant's country of origin, that will add extra time due to the need for a waiver.

Yes u r right. Of course depending on category some cases have been qualified for the waiver at the time of interview. But normally extra time should be added.
