Hi, so my husband is a permanent resident and we have someone who is helping us to file our papers. We send the papers but when it was delivered to the person helping us with it the passport picture fell out. We retook pictures and the man printed it out but its not the passport size picture and it was sent in. 

 

Would the USCIS send a RFE to us since its not passport size pictures?
