My wife had her bio appt in Philly today. Little line outside, they were letting in one person at a time. Checked forms on entry, made sure form was filled out, gave you hand sanitizer.

The receptionist checked the papers, and told her to take the mask off to verify against the pasaport and gave her a number. She waited and then got called by another lady at a single person booth. Before being called the lady sanitized everything. She had her picture taken and the lady took her fingerprints and gave her the forms back.

All in all, in and out in 10 minutes.

thanks. Have you guys heard anything after change of your status?

After biometrics done 8/10/20, I've been getting an email everyday saying that an "action has taken on my case".

I had my biometrics yesterday in San Francisco. Similar experience as others. A few people in front of me who tried to get in without the right documentation were turned back.

Today my status was I-485 and I-765 were updated to Fingerprints taken.

And now my 765 and 485 cases are updated to show fingerprints were taken.

Just a quick update: I filed AOS on Mar 25th, NOA 1 Apr 22nd, just got the biometric appointment letter.
I'm in Seattle.

G'luck to you all!

Another quick update.
So I got an email from USCIS saying that K2 application "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview" while K1 application is still "Fingerprint Fee Was Received"

Guess USCIS is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get...

So woke up today to 2 emails saying a change has been made to your case and the website now says “fingerprints review completed” for 485 and 765.

what does that mean exactly?

the app still shows fingerprints completed and ready to be scheduled for interview

Well what I’m asking is it changed from fingerprints were taken to fingerprints review completed. Thats obviously two different wordings.

I had my fingerprints taken on 4th August and online it states  “your case is being actively reviewed”.  I don’t really care for the online tracker I’m just patiently waiting for my interview date ☺️🙃

So is it seeming like the EAD will kind of get skipped and everything will go straight to green card interview?

I wonder that as well. I’m waiting for my interview notice, it’s probably coming tomorrow or Monday. I wish I we would get the EAD because I’m tired of waiting and not working and the interviews will probably not be until somewhere in September..
