Make sure you use the current forms from the USCIS website. They made a few updates as of 20th April. I used my married name for all forms. The instruction page for each form should give you the information that you are asking for. Also with the I 944 answer all questions and add supporting docs with each form. If you make enough money from your income and not using a joint sponsor Id advice you to file the I 864EZ.

The I-864EZ can only be used if you file a I- 130 with the AOS which isn't the case when you adjust from a K1. In that case it needs to be the I-864.

Hello! Answering your questions:

1. If you after marriage desided change for married name you should put married name in I 864, in  form I 485 you can see that in Part 1 you have to provide your current legal name and also family name is mean if for example  you change for marriage name you will put first and   next you will put maden name so in I 864 will be married name.

2. Part 3 Question 1 - "I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in part 2" do i put yes or no?  YES

If i answer yes to the above question do i then list my husband (the beneficiary) as the Family Member 1 - in part 3, question 4a? NO cuz you already put his information in Part 2.

3. Part 4 Question 13 - is my USCIS account number the same "WAC" number that was initially issued with the K1? No WAC is case number and they asking a USCIS account number if you create before a account on USCIS site you need put that account number if not  put N/A.

Thank you so much!

Hi all,

Regarding all the forms that will be submitted with the AOS package (I-485,I-131,I-765,I-864 and I-944), is it necessary to write N/A on every single answer that does not apply to me? from every form? Trying as much as possible to avoid getting a RFE...

Did you not submit your DS3025 with your packet? Or maybe you did not complete all your vaccinations.

We didn't submit our DS3025, our packet got accepted and we received our NOA's. The physician my wife met for the I-129 marked that she chose not to get the vaccinations (plus she already has a lot of vaccinations). The physician also said it will be easier to get them done here in the US. I'm guessing we should expect an RFE for this? And we'll need to have my wife go to a physician here in the US (one that's approved by USCIS)?

Removal of Conditions:

Nebraska Service Center

File Date - January 17, 2023

Package Delivered - January 19, 2023

NOA Date - January 24, 2023

NOA Received - January 27, 2023

Biometrics Waived- January 31, 2023

Yes you will get a courtesy letter informing you that you need  the I-693. Since your wife did not take her vaccinations, she will be required to see a civil surgeon. Would have been easier in her home country I suspect. Watch out for the costs and them trying to require you to do the whole nedical again. Remember  the I-693 is to remain SEALED when you take it to your interview.

I think the doctor in Romania said it would be easier here because some of the vaccines needed time to get results? Don't quite remember. Also, wouldn't health insurance cover any vaccinations she needs? Obviously depending on the health insurance I guess, but figured this isn't anything elective...
