Yup, still nothing.

I’m feeling slightly anxious about this part.

We got married before the 90 days, they received the package on 1st April. I had until 13th April to send it in.

WHY didn’t I just collate it all sooner and send it in! I’m angry at myself. 😔

Don't be concerned, don't be angry. Just be patient. We got married in February, sent the package late February, got rejected because we missed the cutoff date for the new form. That rejection took a couple of weeks to get back. Resent everything and they received March 25. My wifes K1 expired April 7. Focus on the good. You are with your significant other, they received your package. Now it's time to sit back and relax and hope they continue processing.

So with the current president ordering an executive order, does that mean we''re all stuck in limbo now?

I think no more limbo than what it is now. It's  just a play to his base a political ploy. If you look at it immigration to the US is already frozen!

Agreed, but don't you think that this will drag it out even more? If we hoped get biometrics done and EADs approved before summer (through expedite processing), we should now expect to have to wait until after the election maybe?

Concurrent I-485/I-130/I-765/I-131 Filing (married to USC spouse):

4/14/2020: Application fee withdrawn from my bank account

4/17/2020: Received hard copies of Receipt NOAs (I-797Cs)
4/17/2020: Requested EAD expedite
4/20/2020: EAD expedite request denied: Case in "in suspense or on hold until we receive your biometrics" +  did not provide evidence of "extreme emergent need"
8/1/2020: Received biometrics appointment notice (for I-485 and I-765)
8/11/2020: Biometrics appointment at the ASC in Sacramento, CA

After the election no I don't think so, I think we'll have to wait and see once the order is signed and what it's all about. Usually they get tied up in court first. I would just keep on keeping on and take it as it comes.

Our case (received at Chicago Lockbox on 24th March) was accepted for processing!  NOAs sent out on 21st April (28 days from receipt to NOAs sent).

Found out through USCIS support this morning. Checks/cheques not cashed yet.  Didn’t receive text messages (we had submitted the notification form though).

Appreciate all of your support.  Wishing for good news for those of you waiting.
