Biometrics was taken yesterday 8/10/2020, Today 8/11/2020 status changed to schedule for interview :). Anyone know how far they normally schedule the interview from biometrics ?

Also still waiting for EAD approval.

I have no idea! I got the same notice yesterday but today it said interview scheduled. I’m waiting for my letter so I can update y’all. I think it depends on your office. Congrats though!

Ah! Yay! You’re the first person in Seattle I’ve seen get biometrics! Was getting worried knowing it’s one of the more backlogged offices. We filed April 14th and are really hoping we get ours soon! Congrats!

Wonder how they are going to determine who gets it and who doesn’t. Not really fair if they cut people off who already paid and waited months..

My wife had her biometrics appointment today. Went smooth and fast. She was in the building for maybe only 5 minutes haha. Said it was pretty much empty. No updates to our case status yet though.

same for us. Does that mean I will not receive any RFE?

There is a possibility to get an RFE at the interview if you don't bring something they need, but if you haven't gotten in yet if day it's a good sign
