Hello, I have a bit of a complicated situation.

I am a dual American/Finnish citizen (born, raised, and went to university in the US, have never lived in Finland) working in Spain for an American company through my European citizenship. My soon to be wife is an Australian citizen residing and working in the United Kingdom. We are getting married in two weeks and plan to start the application process to get a CR-1 visa but in October, my current work contract will expire and I will return the US. In January of 2021, my wife's UK visa will expire and she will be forced to return to Australia.

Because of this, the information we are going to be putting on the I-130 form will not be up-to-date by the end of this year. My address/employer will change from Spain to the US and her address/employer will change from the UK to Australia. My question to you all is, what is the exact process of updating all this information to keep the application current? I've seen different answers on this forum, some saying things about contacting the NVC, while others referencing some forms like the AR-11.

This has led to some confusion for other parts of the I-130 form as well, such as Part 4 #61-62. I do not know what is the right answer to put here. I believe for number 62 we should put her current country as the United Kingdom, but if the application wont get processed until after she moves, would this have to change?

Put in the information based on the day you send it in.

You can get a mailbox forwarding service in the US.

The bigger issue down the road will be having the petitioner provide an I-864 to the NVC with US income or assets and domicile.

Thanks for your response.

I should have included in my original post that when I (the petitioner) move back to the US in October, I will be moving back in with my mom who has a house in California until this whole process is resolved and my wife is admitted to the US. This is the same house I have resided in all my life that is on things like drivers license and official documents. When this happens, do you know the correct way to alert the USCIS or NVC that I have moved?

And as for the I-864, I will (hopefully) have a job set up by the time I move back to prove my employment. I know the money and work I have been doing has been overseas, but it is a major US tech company that has a global presence (think something like Apple or Dell). Along with this I have some assets in the US still like bank accounts, a car, etc. Will this work in my favor for this aspect?
