Hey YasArr,

The doc is not ready, I am waiting for the Insurance company to send me the papers.

Also have you seen the earlier message today on this discussion? (from Kani2015 who has called NVC)

As for the back at the bottom of the pile risk, we all know now that there are no rules at NVC. Some people get DQ few days after they resubmitte new documents. So we really don't know what is best to be done.

Personally, I am going to wait before I upload anything new.

Take care,

Alix

Got it.. Even we are waiting on Insurance.. And I read earlier discussion too where NVC is relaxed about DS5504

I’m so happy to be able to say that we have been scheduled for an interview at our embassy in Nassau, Bahamas. It’s been a journey:

I-130 PD - 1/28/2019 (NSC)

I-129F PD - 7/19/2019 (We filed this to see if the process would actually speed up)

I-129F denial - 8/19/2019

I-130 Approval - 8/19/2019 (Filing I-129F helped)

NVC Case Creation - 09/13/2019

Fees, Forms and Docs Submitted - 12/23/2019

Documentarily Qualified - 02/26/2020

Interview Letter - 03/05/2020

Interview Date - 04/21/2020 !!!

Good luck to everyone throughout your visa journey. I’m so glad to have found this site and gain a lot of information and help through everyone’s experiences. Almost done with this!

Congrats!

im not sure give them a call and request to see. otherwise if its only been few days since you submitted then go ahead and add it on the additional documents and write on the comments etc... otherwise you will have to wait 8-9 weeks for it to review and might reject.

I thought that was a good idea but when I try and go to upload the new "flattened" I-864EZ, it simply kicks me out and routes me back to the login page.

Happy trails to you and your partner! :)

My 2nd submission was on January 6th, so I'm hoping to hear something this week or next. In the meantime, I'll say a prayer for all of us. Prayer of thanks for those who are through the process, and prayer for assistance for the rest of us still waiting. We'll get through this! 🙏

Hey guys do I have to put N/A in each blank space when I am filling out i864?

I left blank on mine and was ok. Some prefer to put N/A than leaving blanks. Either way you should be ok.
