another question, did you print and scan the whole I864 or only the page with signature? and then just added the page with signature to the filled out form I864 and submitted it that way?

print the whole pages write on ink and sign and date on ink then re upload and scann all in one even the blank pages.

Ooops... I did the same thing.  Once you have uploaded your I-864 and submitted it, is there away to go back, delete it, and upload a scanned version?

im not sure give them a call and request to see. otherwise if its only been few days since you submitted then go ahead and add it on the additional documents and write on the comments etc... otherwise you will have to wait 8-9 weeks for it to review and might reject.

Hiii VJ people! probably a stupid question but did you guys submit 2 passport photos side by side or 1 photo (for beneficiary)? I have a file with 2 photos side by side (the way they print out) and I also cut it in half to only have 1 pic.  which one to upload ? thanks

one or two is fine depending on the country I had to upload two for my wife.

Yes, but we are not uploading that new form DS5540 because we got an RFE.

We are uploading it because the administration is evolving... we'll see. I hope you are wrong on this one Lily 😉

if you upload now and submitted otherwise keep it in hand to take for interview that is what we will be doing.. They will review your last date of submission and go back to waiting. that is what Nvc also told me.

I submitted 1 photo in PDF format. I had read somewhere that JPEG images can get inadvertently rotated upon upload. I didn´t want to risk it, so I did PDF.
