Please kindly advice,I am presently in the states on a K1 visa and I am planning to get married to my fiance this month but I have a pressing issue that I must travel outside the states in one month.

If we file for AOS it will take time before I can get the advance parole. I will like to know the implication of traveling outside the united states without  submitting the AOS but using a wedding certificate from the United states to file for spousal visa from abroad.

Can this be possible?

You can enter, marry, and leave within 90 days fine, then obtain a CR-1 visa abroad. No issue there. It will just take time to get the CR-1 visa, obviously.

Best wishes.

Edit: I will note that emergency AP is possible if you file for AOS. But it is hard to get...it would be risky at best. I'm just pointing it out as a possible option.

Can it wait? Now that Nigeria is under a travel ban? Unless it is a life and death situation, i would strongly advise you to stay put

"Travel ban" only applies to immigrant visas being issued.

Getting married and AOS filed ASAP and then expediting an AP is really the only option.

"Travel ban..." yeah we know the language these immigration people use. Things on the ground are different my friend. These days one has to err on the side of caution. Just saying..

Not sure if I just missed the OP's profile flag or if it was updated afterwards, but...

Yeah, the travel ban on Nigeria would apply if you were to leave the US after marrying, then going for a spousal visa.

I personally believe the ban will be lifted by the time a CR-1 visa would be issued here - due to Nigeria's efforts to get in compliance - but it is very real risk that you may be impacted by it if you were to go that route.
