@Greenbaum this is why it is so confusing concerning the presidential proclamation.  Here is 4 screen prints of the "Immigration Suspension Executive Order - MEGA THREAD"

I am guessing they are just misinformed?

K-1's are exempt, and we have seen a few cases that have had a "emergency" or "expedited" (military reasons) interview who have received their visa's and have no problems at POE to enter the USA.

I see, that is what I was confused about,   So K1's will still be processed but there is a travel ban that Ki's cannot enter?  Did I get that right?   Thanks

No, K-1's can receive a visa (I noted two situations that have history) and travel and enter the USA. BP are allowing K-1's unabated entry.

Do you think that those people that live in Europe and are subject to this travel ban can’t do absolutely anything if they had to expedite for military reasons?

Embassies are operating with returning citizens and others so I can only assume that those currently in Europe would be able to take advantage of this process. Embassies can answer definitively for their operations so it's best to be in touch with them.

Went to the embassy site for Ukraine and they are still not servicing K-1's or any visa. this perhaps is why i have not received the letter for my finance although on the site our file says ready ready but she also has not received the letter which is needed for the medical. does anyone know how and where to request an extension as my date from USCIS is in July for the interview to have been completed.

What does it mean "no status" did i filled something out wrong?

You didn't do anything wrong; you were just early. CEAC doesn't get updated to show your case status until such time as your file has been sent to the embassy. Yours has not so you're too early. Check again when your file ships to your embassy and use "immigrant" to find your status.

Nothing :( No word on the MTL embassy or anything. Would be nice to hear they're at least thinking of starting processing again at some point.

Phases have already been posted so yes, they are starting the process and they have posted the information. Look at other threads especially the "general discussion area" here:

Which police report. Local or another country or both?
