Good day, Filers - Here is the latest update on March cases. Despite there being a holiday this week, we still saw 234 approvals.

As one of the many still waiting I appreciate this and look forward to your next update. Thanks for your effort!

Thank you very much for these information! Apparently, I'm not aware of that at all..

.

I actually live in Montreal Canada with Canadian permanent residency, but I'm a Chinese citizen. I hope the travel ban would NOT affect my K1 though. Montreal is pretty bad now with all the increased COVID cases, if that has anything to do with the pandemic.

It's important that your profile on the left column indicate the country in which you will have your interview in. If that country is China, then there is no need to change it. But if you will interview in Canada, then your profile should be changed to reflect this information. Those who opine to your question or your situation do so base on this information. Therefore, please take a moment and change your profile if needed to reflect the country in which you will interview. And, if I might add can you complete your timeline as your experience would be helpful to others when they go to use any of the timeline tools available on VJ. Thank you.

Then there is no Presidential proclamation to worry about in your case. There is the CBP land/ferry border restriction, though. So you would need to fly into the US.

If they have the Visa in hand, they can drive from Canada to USA at certain border crossings. A few Canadians have done it in the past couple months!

I'm not sure what the date was before this, but I know on October 21st it was March 24, 2020 because that's when we sent in our inquiry. Maybe if we look at the April thread it'll say there?

Great stuff! How low does it usually take between NOA2 and the interview. I am reading a lot of different stuff online. It looks like right now it's about 2 months. So someone who got NOA2 today could expect to get their interview around January 21? I guess this is off topic, but I am trying to put these approvals into perspective and do some rough planning.

Hello filers... This week saw 286 new approvals for March. There are currently 980 Pending RFEs and the total approved for our month is 1768. Almost halfway through all cases (though well over 50% of cases have been looked at now, with that many RFEs).

There won't be an update next week, as my Fiancée is coming to stay (and we haven't seen each other for 10 months!)

Stay strong; news is coming.

*as always, please delete the picture if you quote this post.

Thanks! If you haven’t heard back yet, I hope you hear back soon! Enjoy your time with your fiancée!
