Congrats @0NI

the wait is pretty torturous

i also got the generic response telling me to wait another 45 days. Honestly even if they don’t give me a response in 45 days they’ll still be like sorry working on it and nothing anyone can do. I’m aware of how things work but can’t blame people for having thoughts and feelings towards things.

anyway. March 13 and still waiting

I know the feeling. We almost gave up on waiting and just tried avoiding looking at the case status site.

You'll get there eventually. Hang in there.

Thank you for your inquiry. We recognize your interest in the final adjudication of your pending application/petition and are aware of the difficulties caused by any delay in processing. We regret we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will review your case but the California Service Center is committed to processing this workload. We will be making every effort to adjudicate your case in the most efficient manner based on our available resources. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Anyone else receive this response after an inquiry?

Reading the thread from where you left off or at least attempting to read the last two pages of this thread would have answered your question. Just four post's above yours is your answer. Yes, others are getting the same response. It was predicted that your inquiry would have garnered the same result as you received. USCIS is moving as fast as their manpower will allow. This is a game of who can wait the longest. You'll win out soon just must be more patience. Good luck and stay engaged.

I just received this 😭😭 After this long waiting

March is be adjudicated as we speak so you should hear something I'm guessing in the next two weeks.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks
