Update time, filers!

We must remember that this week was a holiday in the USA (indigenous peoples day/Columbus Day), so we're down a full day!

That being said, March has had roughly 10% of cases approved now.

There were 56 extra RFEs added in the last 4 days. This week also saw 86 New approvals, bringing the total for March to 413.

I notice that RFE are done all the way down to March 25. Do they go through and do rejections and RFE before they start going through the posts they will approve? Does that mean all the RFE for March are already sent?

When we see a case from the UK approved last week that got NOA1 on 2019-12-16 what does that mean? Why would they suddenly do one from that date? Is it just completely and totally random?

I think it kinda makes sense to what you just mentioned about RFEs , maybe they do a quick run through to see for any mistakes in the form and sent RFEs. That kinda gives us hope.
well I’m March -31 and likely the last to get notified and I’m guessing it will be in mid- November for me , considering the slow pace happening now. I try to lower my expectations these days.

No two cases are the same. If this is was a first in first out process the December filer would go first followed by March but as you are aware January through March are also being approved before the recent December approval. Trying to figure out the pattern that USICS uses for approvals is a fruitless exercise. Best to concentrate on your case and control what you can control.

I don't think it's fruitless. It's supposed to be a government for and of the people. We have the right to know how it functions.

I’ve searched on that app but it doesn’t look the same. Do you have an iPhone or Android? I wonder if mine is different depending on the phone

Note: the USCIS Case Tracker app lets you set a range of WAC# before and after yours to see the status of those cases. Very slick tool to ascertain where you are in the processing timeline of USCIS compared to others.
