Answering for RFE. Going to provide an examples (screenshots) of our Whatsup conversations. And of cause have to translate it to English. Should I use certified translation crevices ? Or it will be ok just notarize my translation ?

It would be best to get it certified translation so there will not be another reason of receiving another RFE. Also, when you take the screen shot, make sure the screen shot includes the date you had the conversation.

What happens when a K-1 visa is rejected ?
I’m on March -31 and I see that 7 cases have already been rejected 😭😭😭

will I be notified through the apps when it’s rejected ?

Case that are rejected are done so because they lack forms, the completion of the form or lack of supporting evidence or all that is outlined in the submission instructions. A rejected case is referred to as a case that is NOID.

A NOID means that the government has reviewed your application package and found that although you provided enough initial evidence, you are nonetheless ineligible for the immigration benefit requested. The NOID will explain the reason why it was issued.

You must submit all evidence requested in these Instructions with your petition. If you fail to submit required evidence, USCIS may reject or deny (NOID) your petition for failure to submit requested evidence or supporting documents in accordance with 8 CFR part 103.2(b)(1) and these Instructions.

Only submit what is asked for in the RFE. NO more and NO less. More is not going to help but can muddy the waters. I have never seen an RFE ask for Whatsup conversations so I am a bit surprise that you would include those.

What is the evidence that they are asking for in the RFE?

What is the evidence that they are asking for in the RFE?

  1. Further details on how you and the beneficiary first met and made a decision to become engaged.
  2. Evidence of correspondence between you and beneficiary
  3. Plans for the wedding and reception that you and the beneficiary have considered
  4. Evidence of financial support
  5. Subsequent trips to visit the beneficiary
  6. Any other evidence that can show that you and the beneficiary have bona fide intent to marry.

For #2 "correspondence" - I'm going to provide a few pages of Whatsup conversations for different dates.

If travel is made to US while K1 is being processed, is that to be notified to Uscis ? Does the process require providing supporting documents in such case and if so how to submit those to the office ?

I don't really understand number 4, are we supposed to submit some sort of financial statement for the initial submission?

I went to the US while awaiting my NOA2. (Still waiting)

You don't have to tell anyone in advance, but you should really have return tickets, employment proof, and or anything that ties you back to your original country. I was taken aside for questioning because i was staying for like, 2 months. I just told them the truth about my visit. They asked me a bunch of questions about my fiancee and my plans.

Before they let me go though, they told me I should wait till I got my K1 visa to come again. That annoyed me a lot because I was traveling on an ESTA and I have never overstayed my visit or anything weird like that. I get that they have the ultimate say, regardless.

The IO here has some questions relating to the applicant's relationship. Hence the RFE to clear that up. If the OP sends everything that is needed from the list there is a good chance that will meet the IO's questions and fill in the blanks to receive the NOA2 approval. Your case and theirs are not the same. Don't confuse the two.

When you answer keep it simple. Provide what is ask for but don't send in hundreds of pages. A sprinkling of each month of conversation should prove satisfactory to the IO who is adjudicating your case. Take your time and send everything including the original RFE. Be sure to make copies of everything in the event something gets lost. Good luck and stay engaged.

If you have a "visa" that allows you unfettered travel to the US, then you can make your trip while your application is being adjudicated. Keep in mind that US immigration has access to many different files so state your business and be confident. Answer all questions honestly. You should not have a problem. The DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application will require knowledge of your trips to the US I believe but you do not have to contact USCIS.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks
