I had some time to kill yesterday and today... So I went onto the USCIS Case Tracker and listed all K-1s submitted in March... It'll be easy for me to update each week..

Just something to pass the time whilst waiting 😆😅

How did you find this? Would you mind updating this often like weekly? Or explain where you found it so I can look

All the information is available on the USCIS case Tracker app - you just need to spend some time compiling it. I spent about 6 hours in total going through over the last 2 days. Good luck!

The estimate is only as reliable as the users on VJ... there are a few hundred March filers that use VJ, compared to the 4000+ actual K-1 cases for the same month. Not everyone comes back after the initial sign up, so the data is never accurate... Use it as a rough guide, only.

You can try using the timelines from VJ to arrive at a conclusion. It doesn't use the same large data set that @LoveJonLovell was able to unearth but it gives a quick glance at how cases are proceeding.

There is an interesting tool to use for sorting timeline data based on different data points and it's found here on VJ.

https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?op1=3&op2=&op3=1&op4=1&op5=&op6=All

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Country and Visa Type: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RyJiLo_7WTmqvkzXXqLuOlVHm9oyhAES/view?usp=sharing

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

That email is generated from the data that is posted by each VJ member. If the member doesn't have a timeline or does not keep up with it then the data can be erroneous and just another tool to consider.

Great job collating all that data and making it into a usable view. I'm not surprised it took six hours.

Very much appreciate the effort and information. Looking forward to bigger numbers in the green column.

Thanks again

Rejections are earlier on for incorrect forms used, incorrect payments, not signed, etc.

I see you are concerned and worry as I am. I think we are all going through uncertainty. I made calls to USCIS, the very first time, the officer was super nice and said all is going well and said I should expect to hear back between August 24 to October 21.
If you like, you can always call, it’s just a long wait but not every officer is very generous because I called again twice but felt like I was speaking to robots.
Wish everyone all the best.
