OMG..  That would make you a February filer, I know their still processing those cases, your's is so overdue that it should be any day now.

I would agree with the slacker reasoning, since many USCIS employees are working from home,  I can see one of them now, waking up at 10am, sitting on the toilet for an hour, then going to the kitchen for breakfast, stuffing his face with cookies and coke, then its off to the family room searching for the TV and Xbox remotes under piles of Twinke, Ding dong wrappers and Playboy magazines, after playing Minecraft for a few hours, he decides to go to work, walks to his room with a bag of Fritos in hand, logs into USCIS to process a petition that was filed in December of 2019, after he processes that, he calls it a day by going to a massage parlor after a long days work...  This is the guy processing my petition, I just know it.

Every I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) is sent to Texas for document handling. Once your documents are scanned and entered into USICS's system then the file is attainable at the California USCIS service center whereupon the process of adjudicating your case begins. Every I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) follows this path. Nothing is decided at the Texas Service Center.

It's interesting that we saw an April RFE when NOA2s are just starting to slowly roll out for early March fillers.

There is activity all the way back to December in each of the following months. No two applications are the same so they will not be adjudicated to completion at the same time. I'm curious how you define "interesting" as it relates to your post.

Makes me wonder if April filers are already being looked at, and that one person did not pass some type of first level check while all the others have? Not claiming it's unfair, just seems very random.

Well they do still have on their website that it takes 5-7 months. So it makes sense that some April are being approved

They just began to approve some of early March submissions. An April will be premature unless it was an expedited case.

Hi, Congrats to all who got approved. I have been following and reading the post so thought to join this website. I also have been waiting to hear back from USCIS, did not think it's going the be this long of a process. But glad to know at least they are moving forward with cases now.

I really hope so, if not this month hopes early next month. Filed an inquiry on the 9th of this month, got a reply that the case is within our current processing time.

While you are waiting, we need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.
 
So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Just got notification from app that my case changed status to RFE... is it any chance to get RFE letter by email? or paper in mail only?
