Congratulations to all those who's cases have been approved,  I know what a painful struggle it's been for those waiting the last 6 months, I wish you all the best in completing the visa process.

I know my approval will come soon as well, it's just angers me to see approvals with NOA1 dates that are AFTER mine, which is March 3rd... The statement on the USCIS website that these petitions are processed in the order received is BS,  they're  clearly not.

208 days since NO1

270 days since I've seen my fiance

To see my Fiancee, I would have to spend 21 days in isolation.

Who cares?  clearly NOT the pencil pushing bureaucrats at USCIS.

It made sense what someone had said before about this. Something like, you can't control who received your case and how fast they are at processing it, they could be more of a slacker, or, perhaps they received another case right after yours to work on and for some reason the background checks went faster so theirs got approved sooner. Something to that degree. There's more behind the scenes than we know probably with how and when each petition is processed. I'm sure people who filed a couple months after me will receive theirs before me too. That's just my luck

I know the anger your feeling trust me. Its been 228 days since my NOA1 and its been 9 month's since I've seen my fiancé on top of that. Its very hard and it depends on the officer receiving the case. I dont believe the first come first serve or any easy case bs. Its either they are really slow or pushing it off to the side so they can process the lighter case folder.

Congratulations Jason! Just curious - did you get update from California or Texas service center?
