yeah I believe once you complete the 10 years you don’t need a waiver , but my fiancé I believe she got banned for 5 years because she was making money as a babysitter on a tourist visa and they ended up deporting her back so I spoke with my attorney and we have to do some waiver to waive the ban. How did it go for you? How long did your process take ?

We just sent the I-129f in July. NOA1 was July 20th. We are waiting on NOA2 (hopefully by the end of year we will hear something).  I just came back from seeing my fiance in Honduras and we are planning on meeting one more time in December. At least this way, we have other things to look forward to. Hope your case moves quickly! best of luck

How was getting into Honduras at the airport. I am not looking forward to the covid test as I havent had to take one yet and luckily still working as normal. my poor love has had covid for 3 months now. But as soon as he recovers I will go see him. It's so frustrating since I fly free cause I work for the airline but he hasnt recovered. It started with the dengue fever then caught covid.

Sorry to hear that! Hope he recovers soon!!

I got my covid test done September 1st and got my results on the 3rd (the actual test did not hurt at all). When I flew from Raleigh to Miami they didnt ask for my results. but when I flew from Miami to San Pedro Sula they asked for it at the Miami airport and in Honduras.

When we landed in Honduras, they were letting people out 10 rows at a time. The immigration line was ridiculous. I spent a little over an hour waiting to be processed. After that, everything was fine. When coming back to the US, I didn't need to get a test done in or to enter the US. Hope this helps, and hope you see your significant other soon!

Just checked our adjudication timeline and it got moved to October 6-16, 2020.

So frustrated rn. 😔

I feel you. Hang in there @0NI. I was looking through cases recieved on March 2nd through one of the tracker apps, just to see if there was any movement... and I counted 9 approved cases just this week (along with just as many or more RFE's, but I was just paying attention to approvals). There is movement, we got this! Hopefully it won't be too much longer, or else there are going to be quite a few case inquiries going out next month...

Hello~ Any March filer that got their NOA2?  Also, Why do the dates keep on changing back and forth :( It's so frustrating..

Please post your question in one thread. You question has been answered.

There is an interesting tool to use for sorting timeline data based on different data points and it's found here on VJ. There you will get a better answer to "any march filer's receiving their NOA2" question. BTW it's been opined that some March applicants have received their NOA2. It is just a handful but it's starting to happen more frequently. BTW, there are others from December who are still waiting so count any blessings as such. Good luck and stay engaged.

Also, if you were to read what others are posting, for example, just one posts above yours, you would have seen your answer. :(

I wonder why March filers are getting slow approvals. It's really annoying. :(

Count your blessings as there are some in December who are waiting and there is one couple over a year. Yours is not going to be the same as others. The process is working, and they just started adjudicating March. This is about patience. Remember they didn't promise that they would complete your case on a given date, but they did promise a yes or no answer.

Yeah I know. You really have to be patient. If we knew that this pandemic will happened. We would have just gotten married in the States when I went to visit there last December.

Also, I have seen on a FB group a June filer who got approved recently. It's kinda frustrating really. But what else to do but wait.
