Thank you everyone for your advice and help! I’ll try to submit a expedite once at NVC stage. God willing my baby will have his both parents support when he is in surgery. Please keep him in your prayers and well wishes, he’s such a sweet baby.

are you US citizen? if so, were you US citizen at the time of filing?

Is your petition approved yet? I’m trying to find out how far you are before your case at NVC. USCIS also expedited cases. It would be best to expedite when you have a emergency/valid reason.

No sir, not yet. I was expecting it to be accepted by now but nothing! Super upset and worried!
