Hi everyone. My fiance has a two year old. when I filed for her  K1 VISA  I had his information provided on the I-129F form as well. Now, few months later, we are ready to fill out for DS-160 on line. but all of the sudden we started hearing about VISA K2 for his son.  My question is: This VISA K2 should have been process at the same time as the I-129 ?  or what do I need to do to have him come with us to the US  if her VISA K1 is approved. Also, do we need to fill out a DS-160 for him as well ?  I'm confused and a little bit frustrated because I though we have everything ready for her up coming interview at the embassy in Bogota.  We got packet 3-4 few days ago.  And also I dont know is he needs to come with us to the interview at the embassy.  Please help !

As long as he was included on the I129f, you are fine. You will need to fill out a DS160 for him. Also will need medical and needs to be scheduled for interview at embassy at the same time your fiance goes. This means, you will need to collect documents, and photos for him.. Birth certificates, 2x2 photos.

The k2 visa is what your fiance receives while her children get a k2. I am sponsoring a fiance with two children.
