One child not processed !!

We had out I-130 approvals and NVC notifications nearly 3 weeks ago for my wife and eldest child, but our 3 year old’s submission has not been opened for 2 weeks.  I called and was just told to sit tight and wait by the call center operator.

 

The questions are:

 

1.  Is there any risk of the NVC “timing out” the application if we have to wait longer for my daughter’s application to be processed (since I want to pay for all 3 at the same time).

2. is it a good idea to ask for a Tier 2 operator ?

 

Any advice appreciated.

You stated OUR 3 year old, then you state MY daughter.   Is she your daughter or step-daughter?

You have a year so chances of it timing out is slim.

She is my step-daughter.
