Thanks for the idea. I may just leave the licenses out then. Thought they were a requirement. I guess there's no real ID requirement other than green card, correct?

I would keep the licences, with a note that spouse has not updated their address yet. You both resided at the previous address, right?

We have both lived together since marriage. Leases and all other documents have the same address. My license just has our old address on it. A note about it another good idea.

Didn't want to go to PA DMV and get a driver's license that expires when my green card does. Other state we resided in gave me a 5yr license. It's obviously too late at this point but whenever I get the NOC I'll finally change my license.

In our state, change of address was a sticker that you would put on the licence, very non official looking... My personal opinion is that in real life, not all spouses are on top of stuff and renewing documents, so showing an oopsie is part of being married.

I wouldn't recommend this. It doesn't hurt to give them the same thing twice. It hurts if they have misplaced your file and they don't have evidence from the beginning of the marriage.

If they have misplaced your file you'll have bigger issues. You only have one file at the USCIS and all your applications, petitions etc go in that one file. They even state that you do not have to submit previously submitted info, I never did.

I know exactly how it feels if stuff goes missing. We had a divorce decree go missing somewhere down the line., tTat did not delay the ROC process at all I just handed them another copy during the ROC interview. My whole submitted ROC evidence package went missing during the ROC, that resulted in an RFE. But it was new evidence and nothing I had previously submitted.  My original I-129F envelope never made into my file until the week of the N400 interview. Now that caused a huge delay on the final ROC approval, but it was nothing I had any control over

Keep all previously submitted evidence and bring it to your interview, that is my advise.

I'm hoping not to have an interview! USCIS did misplace some of my documents for AOS and eventually they found them. Honestly, it wasn't a big deal to print out the same bank statements again and the same lease agreement again. But I'm glad other people get approved without submitting the same thing over and over again.

Interviews can be waived. Hubby and I were interviewed for my AOS. And hoping/praying, our evidence is sufficient for USCIS to waive our ROC interview.

I just read this https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/uscis-revises-interview-waiver-guidance-form-i-751

When I filed my ROC I started to track case files on VJ and noticed an increase in interviews for ROC. I kind of knew I was going to get an interview as they approved my AOS without an interview and it looks like they want to talk with you at least once. I haven't looked at the data recently so I'm not sure there are more or less interviews now.

They always have the option to waive the interview if the are so inclined.
