AOS filling Process -F2A fillers (married to LPR)

Hi 

 

I have a question about AOS Process based on F2A filling. 

I submitted i-130, i-485, EAD, AP concurrently in October 2019. 

I got RFE, which was not relevant to my case.. (request for evidence of my spouse is USC) at the end of November. then submitted response in November. 

After RFE, no update for more than three months..  

When I see VJ October fillers, they get EAD, AP and schedule for interview. but my case is currently "Case was received" . 

I think that the process of F2A category is different (Slower) from those who got married with USC? 

I want to know/share how F2A fillers go through the process!

You’re trying to AOS from a tourist visa while visiting the US and you’re married to an LPR?

Hi 

I have F1 student visa, and submitted AOS in October. It seems that F2A filers take more time to get approved.
