Hello everyone, I know last time I posted out here asking what's next for me after the approval from USCIS. Know I got a letter from NVC(National Visa Center) saying that they will forward the case to the Philippines where my fiancee lives.

The question is that, when will I sent I-134 Affidavit of support ? do I have to sent it to embassy or to my fiancee?

What kind a packet will she or will I recieved?

These what I have for now;

-letter of intent both of us

- letter of employment from my company

-Last two yearTax Return

- recent boarding pass and ticket from my trip this june

-more Pictures again

-Also I have extra copy of all the documents I sent together with I-129F

still waiting for letter from my Banks and 401k and life insurance.

PLEASE let me know what else should I need if I missed something?

Thank you.

Ross

You will send all documents to your Fiance who will file it with her packet 3 that she will be receiving from the Embassy.

These are the Documents that I think you would send

1. Affidavit Of Support (I-134) (Tabbed folder so it’s easy for the CO to locate everything)

 Bank Letter with Bank Statements

 Job Letter

 Copy of Tax returns -2004-2005-2006

 Pay Checks

 Tax Transcripts -2004-2005-2006

 401k Statement

 Citizenship Certificate

2. Copy of I-129f approval

3. Photo Album (proof of relationship)

4. Emails –Cards (proof of relationship)

5. Phone bills and calling cards(home) (proof of relationship)

6. Copy of Passport and Old Original showing travel dates (Yours)

7. Copy of the I-129f that you filed

Hope this helps

Khurram

hi.. you will send it to ur fiance.. ( this is the stuff that i gave the CO on the time of my interview)

1. affidavit of support form or I-134 => ( http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-134.pdf ) note: u need to pass the 125% poverty level ( http://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty/07poverty.shtml ) if u think u are not passed u need a co-sponsor that is above 125% above poverty level and it should not have many dependant.

2. your income tax return or w-2 form of 2006 (if u want to include your 2005 its okay too)

3. copy of your passport (include the date of when u went to her)

4. pictures (that ur both together)

5. letters or ur chat conversation ( its okay if its too many eventhough the CO will not gona read it all, its just 4 proving that u are always talking and ofcourse if she have her own computer, she can just print it here)

6. remitances

7. phone bills (if u have)

hope this will help too like khuram gave to u.. :) goodluck! and tell to ur fiance/wife that search for the questions and what to do in her interview here in Visa juorney. this site helps me alot and give me alot knowledge of what will gona happen on inter view.. like this ( http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;#entry912561 ) and really so many here.. hehe
