Hi ,I m from Pakistan living in kyrgyzstan.I submitted my all documents with Valid pakistan police certificate and expired ( 2-10-2020) kyrgyzstan police certificate on 23 February 2020 , I had applied for  most recent police certificate for kyrgyzstan since month ago but I couldn’t get it fast , it was taking longer  , so I didn’t wait longer and submitted my all documents with this expired kyrgyzstan police certificate and wrote note To NVC in comment at the time of upload  “ that i’ll Bring my current police certificate at the time of interview.so today I got my most recent police certificate from Kyrgyzstan , should I go Ahead and upload& submit this most recent police certificate if it will not delay DQ ??, any response will be highly appreciated,,🙏

You don't need a police certificate so you could upload a sheet of paper stating that and you'd be just as good with whatever you're trying to upload.

Police Certificates

Unavailable

Comments:  Pakistan does not have a nationwide system to track criminal activities.  Police Character Certificates are available for a fee from District Coordinating Offices.  However, they are not an accurate reflection of an individual's criminal record.  An applicant who has committed a crime in one district may be able to obtain a clean Character Certificate from that district or another.  Given the inaccuracy of these certificates, they are not required for consular processing.

If you submit it today, it may get delayed by few days if you submitted originally on Feb 23.

If you don’t submit and they ask for unexpired police certificate, it will get delayed by another 2 months or so.

Its your choice whether you want it delayed by few days or few months.
