My husband submitted his marriage termination in affidavit of supporting instead of in civil documents is this ok or it will problem? He has also submitted in civil documents but was worried

That additional documents fow which i got rfe has submitted in AOS folder like we have 2 thing to submit one civil documents and another aos so he submitted in aos

Hello, 

 

Tell him to submit it in the civil documents.

Don't worry too much about it, once you guys have it submitted in the civil, you're good, they will probably ignore that it is in the AOS.. and have it reviewed in the Civil documents... just make sure it's in the civil documents okay.

 

I won't worry too much about it.
