Hi!

My brother is getting married in a few months back in Brazil and I’m planning on staying there with my kids for a bit more than a month (Around 45 days). I have the 2 year GC (expired but I have the extension letter) and I just sent my ROC paperwork. Do you guys think I’ll have problems staying for so long out of the country? Should I apply for a travel document to come back safely?

Thank you!

If you are saying that you will only be stay for at most 3 months then No you won't have any problems coming back to the USA. Have you done biometrics yet?

Then you are good to go just need someone checking your mail occasionally just in case you may get a notice to interview
