I-visa (foreign press) and AOS question

Hi everyone, 

I'm a new member just getting to know my way around this forum. I'm preparing my I-130 and I-485 package. I'm a UK citizen, currently in the US on an I-visa (for members of the foreign press) and am applying for a green card through marriage to a US citizen.

 

I-visa holders seem to be a bit of a rarity compared to some other categories 😆so I was wondering if there are there any particularities you know of when adjusting status from an I-visa? Also, is there any reason I wouldn't be eligible for concurrent filing?

You can adjust form an I as you could from a B. Or VWP.

Ouch just saw my earlier reply was somewhat fat fingered. Should have been from. I do not believe an I is dual intent so you will need to wait for AP before you can leave the US and come back.
