Is this a USCIS thing? Same thing happening in Nebraska for i-130's and we're very confused.

Also are citizenship applications generally lengthy in terms of wait times? Just broadening my knowledge

Nothing changed on our time.  Still at November 2020, which is a long ways off to begin with.

But now I'm checking every few days.  😄

Yes, a USCIS update.

Wait times for citizenship - yes, long, depending on where one lives - from a few months to 18 months. Roughly. Depends on the office.

CITIZENSHIP TIMELINE

4/2019: Submitted N400

5/2019: Biometrics (3 weeks)

2/2020: Interview (10 months)

3/2020: Oath & naturalization (11 months)

6/2020: Passport received (3 months)

Officially a U.S. Citizen!

I guess I am one of the lucky few - my original wait time was March 2021 and it has now changed to December 2020. Thank God!

Confused as to what center I will be in. I live in San Bernardino County, California, but was sent to Los Angeles County for my biometrics. So who knows!

What is your official field office based on zip code? That will be the one that interviews you. If that's not the case, they will send a notification saying they have transferred your case.

Looks like I am in the San Bernardino office. Not sure why they sent me to an LA County for the biometrics. Guess it doesn't matter. I am just happy everything is moving fast.
