K1 NVC Processing Question

Good morning all,

 

I have a question.  After calling the NVC literally 148 times, I was finally connected and they mentioned that our K1 application has been submitted into the system on February 18th and they gave me the case and invoice #s.  Can anyone tell me from past experiences how long it took for their home embassy to receive the case and approve it for an interview?  

 

From my understanding, there's nothing further to do at this point until the embassy accepts the application and sends us an invoice to pay for the visa fee.

 

In case this helps answer the question at all, the receiving embassy is in Beirut, Lebanon.

 

Any advice/info. is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!
