DS-5540 is for Immigrant visas.   Haven't heard anyone report back yet.

I checked the form and I got confused. Lol. Is it for the beneficiary or the petitioner to fill it out?

I only looked through the form quickly the other day but it appears that the Petitioner would complete this but it refers the Beneficiary.

Yep, it is for the beneficiary and it seems like they are doing the same thing as the I-134.  Some are asked and others aren't.  There have been some 221(g)s but I haven't heard of any from the Philippines.  The 221(g)s have included K-1 beneficiaries too so it looks like everyone should be prepared to have it at the interview just in case.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.
