The police won't care. ICE won't care. If there is nothing to show that you married him and obtained the visa only for an immigration benefit, not for family unification, then it's just another report of a disgruntled USC spouse to toss on the pile.

He is threatening to find me and snap my neck, all texts and recorded messages, plus more texts about how stupid, ugly and fat I am, he said that he cheated on me with 3 different women while I was in my country and then he started saying that I should pay him if I want to keep my green card.

PLEASE keep yourself safe! Those are physical threats and threatened extortion -- you will want to show those to the police. If you have not called any of the fantastic resources posted on here yet for domestic violence advice, do so NOW. Stay away from this man. He can do nothing to you, cannot get you removed. You are STRONG. That is why he is attacking you -- he is weak, and wants to make you weak, too. Please, please seek some assistance.

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Oh this sounds exactly like my ex husband and boy was I scared at that time. You know what I did after he threatened me repeatedly? I got a restraining order. Mr "I'm the saltiest player in the game" didn't even take that serious and ended up in jail which almost cost him his (government) job. After that, I just blocked him and that was the end of it.

If you want to get support that he cannot contact you again: Go to family court. Explain how scared you are, show the threats. Get an order of protection (which on your request includes text messages, calls, and contact through third parties). The order will be served by the police and next time he contacts you he'll go to jail. Note that you cannot contact him either after that. But from how it sounds, you don't want that anyways.

You will have to see him one more time - the initial order of protection is temporary and there will be a hearing to get a final order of protection.

File for a restraining order. If he violates that then the repercussions will be severe for him.

Yep, as others have stated, I would file a police report and seek a restraining order immediately. Call the local police and provide all these texts and voicemails as evidence.
