NVC Payment Processing Time

I petitioned my husband for I-130 visa and we received notice from NVC to process the NVC fees. One of our payments was paid and the documents where submitted but my second payment the status has stayed in "PROCESSING" for about 2 weeks after that it went back to "PAY NOW" I submitted the payment information again but I also see they are currently investigating why payments are taking longer to post...…….Has anyone else been having this issue? I emailed NVC to see what is going on but no response yet...……..Has anyone heard from them? Or have your payments been posted after multiple attempts?
