Hi,

My Mom citizenship interview was scheduled on Dec 30 2019. It went well and she passed based on senior citizen and health grounds.

Since then, we never saw any update on USCIS website whether interivew is conducted etc.

Today we got notice of De-Schedule:

This is to advise you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to cancel the previously scheduled interview on this date for the above applicant. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. We will advise you of any further action taken on this case, including any rescheduled interview appointment information, under separate notice.

Interesting part is she already had her interview and was waiting for Oath Letter.

What does this mean now?

Call USCIS customer rep. and ask them what the status the see on their part. If they also tell you this same (bs) status then ask them to escalate to a higher level officer who has access to more information and make them aware of what you are seeing in the my.uscis.
