BIOMETRICS APPLICATION SUPPORT CENTER

Good evening everyone! I do have a question.

 

I already received an appointment regarding my biometrics. The problem is the application support center is in Oakland CA and Im here in San Diego.

 

Can I reschedule the appointment and request for other application center whichever closer to me?

If the ASC nearby is easy to reach you can walk in and ask if they’ll process you. Some places, depending on how lucky you are, will allow you to be processed.

Praying for that. Thank you! And the notice letter itself is also in san francisco because that's our mailing address. My husband is in the military so we still don't have permanent address

Uh, you’re gonna have to have the appointment letter in hand. Otherwise they can’t help you.

Yeah about that, my sister in law will mail the letter to us here. So i'm gonna ask them if they can reschedule first the appointment and accept me in nearby location

Unfortunately your AOS will be handled at your mailing address location. That's a common mistake USCIS makes. That's why your biometrics is there, and your interview will be there as well.

They're not accepting walk ins because of COVID.
