My wife and I have an AOS interview on March 20.
1) What kind of government issued photo ID will they accept for her to enter the building? She doesn’t have a state ID card. We’re going to DMV this Friday for that but I don’t think it will arrive in the mail before the interview. The only photo ID’s she has are Philippine passport and EAD card.
2) She passed her medical exam in Manila on 5/8/19. DS 3025 states “K Visa applicant voluntarily completed vaccination requirements.” She did not get an influenza vaccination. It’s marked blanket waiver D. Does she need another medical exam and I-693?

3) I have 5 children from previous marriages. Do I need to bring birth certificates for any of them?

Thanks in advance.
