There was a Filipino lady in the forums here a while ago who left her kids off her (family not dv) application and DS260 but ended up being able to bring them eventually. So there is a possibility it ends up ok, based on that precedent they are not always hard nosed about it, but 🤷‍♀️ hard to say

I am no expert,  but the problem I see is that your application should have been automatically disqualified under DV lottery rules....To me, that puts your current status in doubt.....and there's the misrepresentation angle.  I agree with the others who say it's time to get an attorney.  This could follow you a very long time....just my opinion.

This is my big worry now.

You should be worried.  You lied to get a US visa.  That is a big deal!

Yeah, still......it isn't Mega Millions.  It is immigration.  You played with your kids' lives and your own futures.  Personally, I would be surprised if you do not have your immigration benefits removed.

If I remember correctly, she came on a fiancé or spousal visa.  Her "omission" was not material.

Your situation is different.

Common parlance in many countries where they talk about playing it ...

..it is a lottery after all, though the correct term is enter.

OK I SEE. i am married and we did not mention our kuds all along the process, because of the warning at the first lignes of the DS 260 application form

as above, she still should have put them on the DS260 though. I do think DV is treated more seriously because it you are explicitly disqualified for leaving dependents off the entry form.
