I think you should insist. I didn't really push too hard for a L2 officer in my case because my notifications were ok/not sure (got approved applic, got quality review) and that i was just asking if my case was still ok since they had access to my file. I was happy enough with their answer of no red flags and to just wait for the oath notification. Your case needs attention though.

I called the contact center number and spoke to a rep. She said that from her view it is documented that I attended the interview (at 4pm) and that the status won't change again until the officer enters the final decision (e.g. approved). So even though I received the "missed interview" and "new interview scheduled" notices, she said that she can I see I did attend the interview. So I guess that's satisfactory? She asked if I was late to the interview (had to refrain from reacting to that!).

(for anyone who calls: 800 375 5283 - in order to get through the zillion options to be able be able to speak to a human: 1 for English, 1 for check status, 2 for no receipt number, 2 again to speak to a rep).

Maybe it’s just a coincidence but 5 minutes after calling my status changed to “oath ceremony will be scheduled” 👍

It seems that way! It's not the first time I've seen someone's case status change immediately after calling! The rep was pretty easy to speak with.

Congratulations! And thanks for the tip on how to get through to the agent! Hope I don't have to use it, but I am glad it's there if I need it.

The first few times I called I got lost in all the options. I then went searching online and found instructions on another forum about how to get through to a human being!
