Steak twice a day sounds like you might need a stool softener, particularly with a long haul flight factored in (very dehydrating).

Highly inaccurate.  You need to spend more time on WebMD and less time on the DM.

What, long haul flights aren't dehydrating? I find they are. I always wear a decent moisturizer on board and drink plenty of water.

So! Apparently newer planes do not have this issue so much, so maybe I can adjust my onboard hydration plan. :P https://www.lonelyplanet.com/articles/prevent-plane-dehydration

The air is drier due to the conditioning systems, for sure.  Typically around 20% humidity or less.

I was more referring to the beef clogging one up.

I guess it sort of depends on what you're eating with those two steaks. Brussels sprouts could be helpful.

Honestly, this is what any married picky eater does when going elsewhere, especially to visit in-laws. I always stuff myself in advance so I can't be forced to eat anyone else's garbage.

Morning Joe had a while segment devoted to this this morning. They were wondering if he would get a cheeseburger sneaked to him somehow.

Except that Modi is a die-hard Hindu Nationalist. So that means that he considers that cows are sacred.
