The RFE package i sent on last Thursday was delivered on last Saturday. However USCIS was close at weekend. So USPS said they will hold the package at P.O. BOX. of USCIS and wait for them to pick it up

Is it true? USCIS will pick the package up themself? Does anybody know it?

Yes.

So USCIS will go and pick up the package in post office? Does USCIS go to USCIS to pick up package by the end of day every day?

Can you explain more how USCIS works on it? Thanks

That’s what PO Boxes are for. The boxes are in the USPS location and people go and pick the stuffs up from their corresponding post boxes.

If so, why did USPS try to deliver on Saturday?

Anyway, will USCIS go to post office to pick up packages every day as routine?

There is no way to know the minutiae of USCIS' mail collection schedule.  It is picked up regularly.

Is it true that it's picked up regularly and on any day that ends in "y"? Just curious. :P Sometimes I just can't help myself. Oy Vey!

Just checked the status, the package was delivered this morning already. I'm wondering if USCIS will update the case status as receipt of RFE?

Case status should update to "Response to USCIS' Request for Evidence Was Received".

Thanks. You are right. Case status was updated today to the exact words as you said. I didn't expect it was updated on the next day of the package received.

Funny thing is I am right about most things that happen at this stage. I'm a good student of other peoples success and mistakes and I share those with you. Just saying. :D
