my husband and i were married and began the visa process while i was abroad on military orders

we had some issues with his green card being lost in the mail (huge, other ordeal involving so much money and time)

so, most recently, because his immigrant visa expired and he did not have a green card yet, when my military orders ended, we decided he would remain working abroad in the country we had been living until it got sorted. he couldnt enter the US anyway.

now he has received his green card and it is time to apply to lift conditions, but we are abroad until approx january 2021.

we still want to apply to lift conditions.

our 90 day window opens at the end of march.

how much trouble will we run into doing this from abroad? is it possible we won't get called for biometrics or to interview for quite some time? we have 2 children, so for that part i don't foresee any issues!

HELP!

if you cant file under military option, if you are not active duty anymore...they you will have to come to usa to do biometrics. attend interview if called and all that as usual.
